Sensual Yoga & Movement Instructor
At 17, I felt curious about Yoga for the first time. During my adolescence, I didn't know how to handle the emotional rollercoaster I was living through; I felt everything with great intensity and struggled with insecurity, depression, and withdrawal.
I was convinced that Yoga would be the tool to help me find inner peace and harmony. However, it wasn't until I was 26 that I finally accepted the call for a second time to begin my practice. I knew nothing about Yoga, but that wasn't an obstacle to learning; I have always been curious, self-taught, and hands-on. So, on my own, I began to instruct myself in the discipline, reading and practicing at home. Over time, I delved deeper into the study of Yoga philosophy, discovering that this art goes far beyond asanas (postures) and the physical aspect. I still remember my first time—I cannot put into words what I felt. It was so beautiful to feel such a connection; it was instant.
I knew right away it was the beginning of something greater. I fell deeply in love with this art and fully embraced it as a lifestyle. It was the start of a beautiful path that I am still walking today, and will continue to follow until my last breath.
After five years of solitary practice, life presented me with the opportunity to share this knowledge with others. I had always wanted to teach, and the moment finally arrived! My purpose is to spread this powerful tool based on my personal experience, sharing how it transformed my life and the importance of integrating Yoga as a lifestyle. Through my journey, I want to teach others how to connect with their inner world to achieve radical changes through this rich discipline.
Today, after years of integrating these tools, I have created my own method where I am at the service of the wisdom hidden within you. My purpose is to accompany women who are ready to transform their lives and embody their purest feminine essence—that Inner Goddess who lies dormant, waiting to be awakened to live in connection with her sensuality and pleasure.
Because I firmly believe that:
"All women are Goddesses; only a few know it."
